Overview:

The ask for this project was to design and incorporate a collective discount scheme for one category of customers. The internal digital systems which this company’s agents use were to also be revised and improved with a minimum budget.

The Design Process

  1. Plan: Pinpoint and assess the issue or need for change

  2. Do: Run a test in a controlled environment, so that you can assess the outcome without interrupting the regular operation.

  3. Check: Once the trial is over, it is time to go over the outcomes and examine them.

  4. Act: For the last stage, it’s time to take action. If everything goes as expected, you can execute your well-tested plan.
