Navigation Redesign

Overview:

The goal of this project was to redesign the navigation on the commercial website to increase conversion rates whilst updating the look and feel. This was an ambitious 6-week sprint in which I collaborate closely with various stakeholders including project managers, UX copy writers, UI leads, product specialists and the web development team.

The Outcome:

  • Traffic to ‘Broadband’ increased by 30% by being prioritised on the main navigation.

  • Overall traffic to our ‘deals’ section sky rocketed by 474%.

  • Traffic to prepay plans was increased by 164% and bill pay plans by 141%.

  • Orders rose significantly by 16%.
